Partnership Framework Between Al-Anwar and Its Partners

Below is a summary of the key articles that govern the relationship between the two parties, aimed at achieving fruitful and transparent cooperation.

1 Definitions

  • The Parties: Al-Anwar For Development and the partnering entity.
  • Programs: Training courses, workshops, initiatives, and joint activities.
  • Beneficiaries: Individuals targeted by the programs (youth, students, job seekers, local community).

2 MOU Objectives

  • Strengthen cooperation in training and community rehabilitation.
  • Enhance the efficiency of human resources among target groups.
  • Exchange institutional expertise and knowledge.
  • Support educational and developmental initiatives.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships.

3 Areas of Cooperation

  • Designing and delivering training courses and workshops.
  • Preparing and executing specialized professional programs.
  • Exchanging trainers, experts, and consultants.
  • Organizing joint events and activities.
  • Cooperating on studies and project preparation.
  • Any other areas mutually agreed upon in writing.

Article (4): First Party Commitments

Al-Anwar For Development

  • Technical and academic supervision of training programs.
  • Providing venue and logistical equipment (where possible).
  • Issuing accredited certificates for participants (as agreed).
  • Monitoring implementation quality and ensuring goal achievement.
  • Supporting activities through media and marketing on the foundation's platforms.

Article (5): Second Party Commitments

The Partnering Entity

  • Delivering training content and agreed-upon services to the highest professional standards.
  • Providing qualified training staff.
  • Adhering to timelines and execution plans.
  • Full cooperation with the first party to ensure program success.
  • Supporting media and promotional campaigns.
  • Providing periodic reports on implemented activities upon request.

6 Implementation & Follow-up

  • Formation of a joint coordination team to follow up on implementation and communication.
  • Preparation of a separate work plan for each activity or training program.
  • Defining roles, responsibilities, and resources for each activity in a written, signed plan.
  • Evaluating activities and submitting periodic reports to ensure quality and goal achievement.

7 Financial Aspects

  • Financial arrangements (profit shares, fees, costs) are defined separately for each program or project.
  • All financial details are documented in official annexes signed by both parties.
  • This MOU entails no direct financial obligations unless agreed upon in writing.

8 Duration

This MOU is valid for a period agreed upon by both parties starting from the date of signature, and is automatically renewed by mutual agreement unless either party notifies the other in writing of its wish not to renew.

9 Confidentiality & IP Rights

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all exchanged information and data.
  • No content or materials may be used or published without prior written consent.
  • Intellectual property rights are preserved for each party in accordance with applicable regulations.

10 Termination

  • Either party may terminate the MOU with prior written notice of 15–30 days.
  • Both parties commit to completing ongoing work before termination.
  • Termination does not affect prior rights and obligations.

11 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the implementation of this MOU is resolved amicably through consultation. If that is not possible, the matter is referred to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

12 General Provisions

  • This MOU is a general cooperation framework and is not considered a legally binding contract except for what is agreed upon in executive annexes.
  • Neither party may assign its rights or obligations without written consent from the other party.
  • The MOU is issued in two original copies, with each party holding one copy.
